Data Retention
How long we keep your data depends on your plan:
- Free: 7 days
- Starter: 30 days
- Growth: 60 days
- Pro: 180 days
After the retention period, session recordings and related analytics are scheduled for deletion. See Data Retention Policy for details.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Click Billing
- Select your desired plan
- Confirm the upgrade through Shopify's billing
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrading
You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Note that downgrading may reduce your data retention period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the Shopify admin. Your data will be retained according to your plan's retention period, then automatically deleted.
Billing Through Shopify
All billing is handled through Shopify's secure billing system. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
