Free ($0)

A demo plan to try Zolvio with strict limits: 1,000 session recordings a month (1 in 10 visitors recorded), one heatmap page, 7-day data retention, and one basic audit with no AI that reports the 22 problems Zolvio measures directly: broken images, placeholder text or images left on the store, return promises your refund policy doesn’t make, sale countdowns that aren’t a real deadline, slow page loads, oversized images, render-blocking scripts, large JavaScript files, too many third-party requests, more video than phones show, first-screen images that load late on phones, leftover code asking for files that no longer exist, pages that scroll sideways on phones, text too small to read on phones, images too large for phones, pinch-to-zoom turned off, broken links, links to empty collections, an error page at your www or bare domain, collections whose first row is half or more sold out, products without images and product data sent to Google that the page contradicts. Plan Comparison

Data Retention

How long we keep your data depends on your plan:

• Free: 7 days
• Starter: 30 days
• Growth: 60 days
• Pro: 180 days

After the retention period, session recordings and related analytics are scheduled for deletion. See Data Retention Policy for details.

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar and scroll to Plan and usage
2. Click Change plan to open the plan comparison
3. Click Switch to … under the plan you want
4. Confirm on Shopify's plan page; you come back to Zolvio with the new plan active

Shopify shows the price and billing details on its plan page before you approve, and prorates the difference on your next bill. During a free trial some limits are lower than the plan’s full limits (for example, fewer recordings and audits).

Downgrading

You can move to a lower plan at any time the same way; Shopify shows when the change takes effect before you confirm. Note that downgrading may reduce your data retention period.

Cancellation

Click Cancel subscription under Settings → Plan and usage (it opens Shopify's plan page), or uninstall the app. Your data will be retained according to your plan's retention period, then automatically deleted.
