Session Recordings

Watch real visitor sessions to understand how customers interact with your store.

What Gets Recorded

Session recordings capture:

• Mouse movements and clicks
• Scroll behavior
• Page navigation
• Form interactions (inputs are masked for privacy)
• Device and browser information

Watching Replays

To watch a session recording:

1. Go to Sessions in the sidebar
2. Browse the list of recorded sessions
3. Click on any session to open the player
4. Use playback controls to skip, speed up, or slow down

Filtering Sessions

Filter sessions by:

• Device type - Desktop, mobile, or tablet
• Browser - Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
• Country - Visitor location
• Date range - Sessions from specific time periods

Session Limits

Recording limits depend on your plan:

• Starter: 200 sessions/month
• Growth: 10,000 sessions/month
• Pro: 50,000 sessions/month

Frustration DetectionComing Soon

Soon, Zolvio will automatically detect frustrated visitors based on:

• Rage clicks (rapid clicking on unresponsive elements)
• Scroll thrashing (erratic scrolling behavior)
• Form abandonment patterns
