Relationship to Recordings

Heatmaps are derived from recorded interactions. If recording is disabled or consent is denied, those visitors won’t contribute to heatmaps.

Privacy note

Heatmaps are aggregated and are meant to be less sensitive than raw recordings, but they’re still derived from visitor behavior. Configure consent and exclusions appropriately.
